She nods. "Greatly. I suspect it would change our lives greatly to enter the Unicorn clan." She takes a brief breath. "Do you have a preference, Yogo-san?"

"Yogo almost never marry out of the Clan or even the Family. Born a Yogo, die a Yogo. I never considered the possibility until recently. I suppose I would prefer to remain in the Scorpion. For practical reasons if not sentimental. Do you have a preference Matsu-san?"

[Shimizu Ryori]

"I have met the Shinjo, Otaku, and Moto so far. The Ide and Iuchi have not been around much" he hmms " I have had some, philosophical differences with some Shinjo and very much enjoy the company of the Otaku" he nods " I will of course follow through with what ever duty dictates"

[Moto Butaj]

She has a hefty sip. "That it does, Moto-san; it does get better, I like to think we can find something better in every day then the last."

"What is the better thing Usagi Tsukimi would like to find tomorrow?" Butaj asks, putting the cup away for now. Yuzuki has promised him a special drink but it takes ages for her to bring it and the little Asakiko has grown quiet, so his attention is on the Bunny.

[Moshi Asakiko]

The Moshi took her arrangement and placed it where Yuzuki asked. Asakiko didn't want to interrupt the conversation between Butaj and the Usagi so she kept quiet. She scanned the room for anyone who was alone. Probably there was someone but her height wouldn't let her see.

[Moto Butaj]

The walking flowers draw Butaj's attention anyway. He takes the sake cup and gives it to Asakiko. "Come join us."

[Matsu Yurio]

The littlest of Lions was still there, by the food table. Waiting hopefully for the kitteh to return.

[Yuzuki]

With flowers taken care of, Yuzuki found one of the surviving bottles, and headed back into the fray of conversation. Returning to Butaj & Co.

"The drink I promised," she said, expecting the Unicorn to produce a cup.

She looked to the others;

"The rest of you?"

She ponders for a moment. "I understand. The family would likely understand the Yogo's circumstances best. " She pauses. "I would prefer to remain a Matsu if possible. It is my family and my home and staying connected to it would be valuable. But, I am less concerned than I had expected to be about the possibility of marrying into the Unicorn. The people seem friendly and open and they are comfortable with Noburu. That is more than I had imagined. But if possible, it would be better to bring someone home to the Matsu."

[Otaku Imane]

"Yes I did, it was interesting, but I think it and the cheese does not agree with me." He confessed resisting the urge to grimace at the memory. "They live on Islands in the Ocean in fact, so they have more access to seafood then just about anyone."

"I believe she's chatting with your cousin." He dipped his head in the direction of Butaj. "We can join them in a few moments f you like." As she asked him to pick pout a few dishes he nodded and began doing just that. Selecting a few he liked along with a few other popular ones.

Imane was unable to recollect anything in the Unicorn histories about lizard riders, although it could have been in there somewhere. She would have to ask the Ide and Iuchi.

"Hmm, I don't remember that my people have fought lizard riders. Rocs yes... They were giant eagles."

She looked over to the women chatting with Butaj and smiled. "It is nice to see my cousin meeting many people. Yes, perhaps we could join them soon? The ocean. I would like to see it one day!"

She thanked him for his food choices. "These look delicious Ichiro-san, I am sorry to hear that the cheese did not agree with you."

She nods and ponders a change of subject. "What are the lands around your home like, Yogo-san? I have never journeyed to that area."

She joins them once again. "Moto San did you see any flowers back on the lands you come from?"

Butaj accepts Yuzuki's drink with a wide smile and deals with it quickly because conversation is to be had. His smile grows wider, sake is definitely agreeable with his otherwise kumis-accustomed throat.

"Many wonderful flowers! The valley of great Nahr'umar is full of them in spring! The yellow ones and the red ones, especially the orange ones! Butaj doesn't know their names though. He was at an age when boys are interested in other things." He thinks a little about it. "Flowers on the cacti are cute too."
