"Oh..." Noticing the discomfort. "Is that the place the Crab keep at bay? It's not really a polite topic. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have brought it up."

“I feel no shame for it, Moto die but we do not Yield. We carry their stories in our hearts and our songs. The living carry on for the dead. We bear scars, we live,” she says flatly.

“I do not know what the Crab fight, but if it is the same they have my respect.”

[Yuzuki]

"Right," she said, trademarked unimpressed-Yuzuki expression in place. "I don't know about that. The Crab was founded by Hida-no-kami, after all. Strongest of the Kami."

“We are the Moto birthed from the fires and trials of the black wastes,” she says proudly.

“If the Hida are so strong, I shall find their men and give them a suitable test.”

[Yuzuki]

"Well, I suppose you should."

Although Yuzuki couldn't help wonder if perhaps she'd inadvertently unleashed a chain of events that would lead to war between the Unicorn and Crab somehow.

"Out of curiosity, what sort of test would that be?"

[Moto Khulun]

“If they can handle a Moto woman, of course,” she says with a wicked grin.

“I pray they have the endurance to make this challenge endurable.”

[Yuzuki]

"Uhm..."

She scratched her nose.

"...you mean like, in a fight, right?"

She rolls her eyes at the Mantis and says, “Yeah… a fight,” Apparently the Otaku are not the only virgins around here.

Akil rolls on the balls of his feet at the line of questioning, trying his best not to think about what Khulun is suggesting.

She may have an idea of what the Moto was talking about. But she was sure that Miai's weren't the place for pre-marital affairs, at least.

Still, no way to bring that up without being awkward about it. Or having the Moto be the one to turn this awkward, so she decided to just change the subject.

"I was never quite clear on the history of why the Ki-Rin left. Could you tell me more about that, and what caused the return?"
