Make all the rolls in the event post.

You can increase its skills multiple times. There is no cap.

2) If a spell allows a puppy to add 1k1 to certain rolls, is the puppy smart enough to do so (as in can we assume as we're rolling that we can add 1k1)

No training in the same time slot that you Meditate/Tea Ceremony.

There's just not enough time once you have your VP back.

Can the puppy's rolls be cooperative, as their trainer guides them through the course?

No.

No matter your animal handling, there is no way to "train" the puppy more then 4 times even with raises correct?

Correct.

To keep the puppy : you need to have called 4 raise or successfully called 4 raises?

Puppy has to make four successful raises.

Since the training happens in other threads, can there be any assist bonus type things?

No.
