No, you can't train other animals.

Post your rolls for the training (as described below) in your post in this thread, not in threads that appear elsewhere.

No, they are simply not limited by their lowest Trait, per the normal rules for Raises without a Void Ring. You still need the Skill to call Raises.

Can the puppy be trained many times in one skill to bring it over 2 or Rank 2 is a cap?

1) How long do spells need to last to be useable? Both
A) on the thread itself
B) if you cast the spell the previous timeslot

2) If a spell allows a puppy to add 1k1 to certain rolls, is the puppy smart enough to do so (as in can we assume as we're rolling that we can add 1k1)

The rolls are made for the Event Thread. So, I think we can wait until the montage is done.

To keep the puppy : you need to have called 4 raise or successfully called 4 raises?

I'm pretty sure it's the puppy.

"Characters whose puppies make four or more Raises over the course of the event will be allowed to keep their puppy once the event has finished."

I figure that's why we aren't limited to the Puppies Void. Otherwise, it could be something like puppy has 2 Void, but can't spend it.
