'' ... ''

Meetings and talking. Let us talk with Jigoku...yeah. I'm sure that the Crab fight Jigoku by talking.

Yuichi continues to grumble.

[Bayushi Hotaru]

Mizuki was relieved. She turns back to Hotaru. "Could you arrange a meeting between four of us?" Mizuki technically didn't need to be there, but she feels letting Yuichi alone may be a bad idea.

Mizuki didn't know what to do honestly. She was a merchant. She sold medicine. Or entertainment. She didn't judge. This was out of her realm of expertise. But she was the highest Status Scorpion here. She had to do something.

"For now, we should focus on gathering information and helping the Unicorn where we can. I doubt they are a secret Clan of tsukais, but they are ignorant of the ways of the Enemy. And has father says, 'The Enemy love the ignorant.' "

"I'm not too sure they even knew I was there..." She said as a forward but ultimately agreed with the request of her better. "But, hai. Of course, Yogo-sama. I'll try to arrange an appointment with Iuchi Sakusaha, at the very least, tomorrow."

Great...this isn't over, is it?

[Yogo Yuichi]

'' Let me say this straight. If I have to torture them to have a confesion I will do it. If they give me a single reason to suspect that they are tainted, I will purge their souls. I will not allow this meeting occurring without magical protection. I will not talk with them with civilized words. Until they prove me wrong, they are Jigoku's creatures to my eyes. Not ningen. '' Yuichi says a bit more calmed.

[Yogo Mizuki]

Mizuki nods to Hotaru. "If they didn't know they were there, we should not be so direct. Claim it is interest in their magic. Also, a Moto Silvia suggested talking to her anyways."

She does her best to roll her eyes at Yuichi. "Let's not torture the one who was against the meeting. But wards? Yes. I was hoping you would ward my room tonight. And please, watch for any signs of Taint on any Unicorn. Just don't let them know what you are doing."

[Yogo Yuichi]

'' I could give you a ward instead. Although I don't possess any ward capable of protecting your room, only people. Also I could sleep outside your room if you need protection. '' He replied seriously.

[Yogo Mizuki]

"I will accept the former then, but not the latter. We do not want to alert the followers of the Ninth that we know something is up."

[Bayushi Hotaru]

"Hai, I suppose we could start with that pretence in mind. As a professional diviner, I could of house hint on the visions that I saw involving the dark rider, once we find an avenue of conversation. It was like I was there, almost."

[Yogo Mizuki]

Mizuki smiles at the Bayushi. "Hai. That sounds like a good plan."

[Yogo Yuichi]

'' Before we continue...'' Yuichi takes out his jade finger. '' Bayushi-san, touch the jade. I'm not doubting your story, but I must be sure that everything you said is not some trick from Jigoku to make the Scorpion and these gaijin fight each other.'' Now he is acting more rationally. '' This is just a precaution, certainly you understand...'' He offers her the jade.

[Yogo Mizuki]

To cut off any argument, Mizuki holds her hand out ready to be tested after Hotaru.

[Bayushi Hotaru]

Hotaru said nothing to the Yogo and merely touched the jade. It wasn't a quick touch either, holding it there for a while before presenting the evidence that she wasn't tainted. After all, she wanted to be sure herself that she didn't get infect just by looking at the dark rider. She has little idea of the power of the taint.

"Does that check out fine, Yogo-san?"

[Yogo Yuichi]

'' Yes it does...'' Satisfied, he then passed the jade to Mizuki.

[Yogo Mizuki]

Mizuki takes the jade, holds it for a bit, and passes it back.

[Yogo Yuichi]

Yuichi nods and then took away his jade. '' Seem that we are good... ''

*sigh*

'' So, Moto Khulun, Ide Samai, Iuchi Saksaha, a Shinjo, a Moshi and a Mantis... those are the creatures that met with this blasphemous being?''

'' You didn't see anybody else?''

[Bayushi Hotaru]

"Other than myself, everyone mentioned and the dark rider. Moto Khulun seems the only one who was adamant about staying and even touching the dark rider. However, the dark rider just departed before doing so. I don't know whether she wants to rescue Shinjo-Kami really badly, or something else." She shrugged, it was really preposterous and grating for everyone else, when she thought back on the meeting.

She added one more thing from her story. "Oh, the Moshi wanted to offer it Courtesy, because the Bushido deemed it right. That was silly."
