I don't think Unicorn should have too much trouble with pronouncing Rokugani names. They are speaking rokugani for the most part after all

Just probably with an accent that the empire isn't used to.

I mean, this is me fantasy world building, but I would love it if they used different pronunciations and colloquialisms that aren't indecipherable but form a dialect. Enough of a change that staunch traditional linguistics might be like "this isn't proper Rokugani" but everyone can understand the vast majority of what they say anyway.

I definitely don't intend to play it up but I do intend to play some culture shock and confusion. Just not screaming "UNICORN BARBARIANS" and then wondering why no one wants to put a ring on it.
