I've had some decent luck here where I live getting people to playtest.

The only thing I haven't done is blind playtest where I don't explain rules to people. I should probably do that at some point. I have also done playtests over Skype which was interesting. I really want to figure out how to port it to tabeltop simulator or build a free program like the old L5R Egg of Pan Ku...

Art is crazy expensive. My main artist is around 150 a card. I can't find a production place at all yet either. I am praying I don't HAVE to go the independent route, but I've been prepping in case I do.
