It was good fun too. We named a pair of twins, who were ugly babies, Ermahgerd and Regert. Because that's all you could think to say when witnessing just how ugly the babies were! We laughed hard for a good 30 minutes at that one.

Yea, but submitting your character sheet doesn't have the same abject disappointment that dice have. Especially after I blew the earlier three rolls out of the water for no apparent reason. Insult to injury is missing the TN by 1.

Yea, some games it's fine. Having built this guy with an aim towards being an event generalist it's just especially disappointing.

I did event generalist in the Space Samurai game and got wrecked thankfully Buru was too cool for events.

Event generalist has never worked out for me. Machiyuki for Space Samurai was far away from being a generalist, and she stole all the events from Mr. Blue.

I mean, I have an IC reason to be trying hard now, and I've gotten dumpstered in all the events, including the int based ones, which I should, mathematically, have placed in at least 1 of them.

Seriously, the odds for me to have failed them all is super low, at this point you just gotta roll with it.

I just hate that I fail in the things I've focused on. That always burns a little
