He mounted Sarangerel and offered stirrup and hand to help her up.

She looks at him, slightly puzzled at the phrasing but moves on to mount. She only uses the stirrup however, swinging onto the saddle easily.

He nodded and waited until she was ready before spurring Sarangerel into movement.

"We'll ride out further and then come back here."

She wraps her arms around in a secure fashion, as Shinjo Monkhbaatar had showed her. "Ready."

A moment later, the trot became a gallop. Soon after, Sarangerel reached full speed, racing across the fields.

She yelled, unable to restrain the sheer glee that came from speed. Her hands clutched tight but she was plainly enjoying herself.

They turned into a wide circle, not slowing as Kemuri echoed her yell. It seemed like Sarangerel was moving even faster, as if responding to their enthusiasm.

She shifted with the circle, appreciating the lessons she had been having. This would have seemed impossible a few days ago.

They came to a small depression in the field where water had pooled. Rather than splashing through it, Sarangerel leaped over it.

Kogo yells again, exhilarated. "Hahah! That I have never done before." She shifts with him, in tune with the animal and the Shinjo.

Kemuri directed Sarangerel towards a cluster of shrubs. The horse leaped over it with no hesitation.

She laughs, delighted. She almost bangs her head against his back in a brief moment, but manages to recover quickly. "Whew. Is that a usual occurrence or is this a special occasion?"

"It happens when necessary." he answered. "Or, when we want to show off."

She laughs. "You Shinjo are all so honest. I enjoy it. None of this dancing around or playing games."

At least, most of the time. Her expression goes somber for a moment but she shakes her head and it is gone. "What else do you do when you wish to impress? Cause I am quite ready to be impressed."
