"A bit late to change that now, but I might just let you have the opportunity to brush it more in the coming days, even if it is without the activity that leads to it becoming so tangled," she said warmly.

"As long as you don't do anything to it now, like tying it in knots or dipping it in ink."

He smiled and ran his hand through her hair, "You got any ink handy?"

"Don't you dare..." she shot him a playful scowl. "... you don't want to find out if tortoises make for good improvised weapons."

"You hear that Ganko?" He looked over to the turtle. "You hear how she talks about us?"

The tortoise seemed rather uninterested in the childish conversation, as she slowly ate away at her breakfast of cabbage leaves.

"You're not going to find any allies there, Yuuru. Ganko-chan is incorruptable."

He chuckled, "You're probably right... I'll wait until you start using him as an implement of violence and then check to see where he is."

"Haha," she stuck her tongue out at him.

"I'll only do it if you don't behave, monkey. So you would have forced my hand if it comes to that."

"Nothing's ever your fault is it my dear Bunny?" He teased, pretending to fight.

"Of course not, I'm a well-mannered young lady," she sniffed haughtily.

"Well-mannered eh?" He chuckled and whispered the next line in her ear.

"My little dirty bunny?"

Tomoe blushed. "I-I'm not dirty!" she protested meekly. "You're the pervert here... not me... barging into my tent when I was dressing."

He chuckled, "And who was the one who didn't kick the pervert out? Seems like there's some more pot calling going on here."

"You could've gotten sick out there in the rain!" she retorted. "I mean... you wouldn't throw out a rain-soaked kitten arriving on your doorstep?"
