Well, from updating the wiki I'm reminded that the Dragon are not Scorpion fans at the present moment in this timeline. But who knows whether or how they'd present that to the Unicorn, or how much would filter down to the rank and file like us. *shrug*

I think it was. Guwahime's Fables included the Tale of the Ki-Rin and the Scorpion.


Which is bit funny, as Guwahime is known to have married Bayushi daimyo's son. Unicorn left 45 and Bayushi died 83. So... I guess someone just made the fables up?

Well, in a manuscript culture it's not that weird for old books with vague authorship to get spuriously attributed to authors who lived a century or two before or after they were compiled. :?
