Day 2 [Early Evening] Test Your Might

[Bayushi Suteichi]

It had been quite a busy morning and afternoon for the redoubtable Scorpion Courtier. An evening workout should prove wonders. He entered the dojo dressed in a modest, sleeveless gi, hakima, and his hair was in a ponytail. He began stretching out, awaiting his workout partner.

[Shinjo Liu Fei]

Arriving from the event with the Ide she had plenty of physical energy to work out. Liu Fei was dressed for the weather which was to say the usual middle piece of her outfit was missing. Fur that lined her neck wasn't there and nor was the sleeved shirt that was normally worn underneath her vest.

Leaving her with just a simple undergarment protecting her modesty underneath the vest she wore as her outermost layer. A light layer of black fur seemed to outline the armholes but beyond that from her armpit to the tips of her fingers her arms were bare. Hair tied back, as usual, with the remainder of her outfit the usual simple affair. Sturdy pants and leather footwear that was far more readily associated with her Clan.

"This was supposed to be in the morning," she had no problems reminding him as soon as she entered. Though she didn't forget herself, when he turned to her she offered the expected bow and then, "An eventful day so far, Bayushi-sama?"

[Bayushi Suteichi]

"Please pardon this one Lady Shinjo-sama. The demands of the day have been both taxing and rewarding. My every meeting today has lead me to this moment in time to have with you that I have been anticipating all day. I hope that my keeping you waiting does not result in a punishment...at least not a severe one." Suteichi replied with a very deep bow and a smirk which he fought to keep from her.

[Moto Butaj]

Alas for some, it won't be a calm day in Calm Heart Dojo! But might shall be tested aplenty! Butaj comes in ferocious mood, ready to rumble. with bluster he outstretches hands and give the place a once over before letting a wide smile creep in.

"This place is great for bariqu, ha!" He exclaims, then starts to undress to toplessness and white breeches. His body drips still sweat from the time of silly Ide charades. Only then he notices others there. "Hello! Have a good fight in there!"

[Soshi Yuuru]

Yuuru arrives shortly after Butaj and nods to the nearly naked man. "Evening Moto-san."

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki had been told of this, exposition on Bariqu, and there was no way she was going to pass up. Of course, seeing two men wrestle was probably going to be a bonus. Seeing Butaj almost immediately go topless was neither unexpected, nor unwelcome. She smiled some, and bowed to all four samurai in the room.

[Usagi Tomoe]

Tomoe arrived to cheer for Yuuru... and promptly raised her fan to cover her surprised face at first seeing a stripping Moto.

[Moto al-Kalb]

With the cooling of the evening al-Kalb had returned to wearing, slightly, more proper attire. He now wore a light fur vest, that left chest and arms fully exposed, and a pair of simple hide leggings. It takes a moment after he arrives but he eventually remembers to bow to those gathered within.

He always preferred his combat more direct and more final than wrestling. But, still, it would be useful to see how these Rokugani could fight and maybe there's be at least a little blood.

[Matsu Nintoku]

The Lion had heard about the display that was going to take place today deciding to attend it in order to both see how the Moto fought as well as to perhaps have some insight on how future events will be.

He took note of the people attending, nodding in greeting as needed, but otherwise did not approach anyone instead choosing to stay aside as to not bother.

[Yuzuki]

Yuzuki had heard there was going to be wrestling. After her own efforts in that matter last evening, there was a curiosity as to how the Unicorn performed. There was also just something about two men goi--

--ahem.

Never mind that. Yuzuki found a good spot to observe from.

[Moto Butaj]

"Ha-ha, Soshi Yuuru! We'll have fun this evening, eh?" Butaj grins wide, slightly ferally as he ties his loose hair into a small bun. Once ready, he pounces into the sumai dohyo ring, adopting it for their purposes. "The first lying on the ground or out of the ring loses the round! Bariqu Butaj will practice here is a friendly sport, he won't dislocate your joints or break your bones, or bruise you too much." The man laughs. "Butaj's kinswomen might take offence if Butaj makes you ugly and crippled." He keeps a low position and gestures invitingly.

[Ide Amaya]

Apparently Butaj was good at spreading rumours, judging by the people already gathered. Amaya slipped into the dojo and her gaze fell on the Moto, eyes widening. She stopped fanning herself, and instead drew the silk fan up to her face, between the top of the fan and the fringe of hair that fell across her brow was just enough room for her to stare at Butaj, cheeks reddening. Her hair had been pulled into a Maiden's Tail once more, and her exposed ears were turning pink as well.

[Soshi Yuuru]

Yuuru simply chuckled from his nose at the Moto.

"Do you and your kin tend to wrestle near naked with regularity?" He asked as he prepared himself and walked into the ring.

[Moto Butaj]

(Attack Stance, ATN 15)

"Body against body is the most honest way!" Butaj exclaims, and pounces! He reaches out to initiate a lock, perhaps too hastily, but should be just enough!

[Soshi Yuuru]

Yuuru welcomes the attempt to gain control and smiles, "You often fight in battle naked?"

He smiled as he sought to get leverage over the Moto.
