Powerbases

Some players in the first game were able to gather a powerbase, groups of people that can aid and support the character. They are NOT minions but they are generally well disposed to the character. Once per session the character can do one of three things with their Powerbase they can gain 500 credits, they can add two boost dice to any one roll even in an event, or they can get information on a single question equal to One success on a Knowledge check.

Remember you can only do one of the three choices once per session.

There will be opportunities for new characters to gain a Powerbase, or as post-game goals.

It was entirely new to me and several others and we were all given lots of help and support by Dapper and the other players All you really need is an interest in Star Wars.

The system looks complicated but it's actually really fun and starts to make sense fairly quickly.

I am working on the Destiny, my gut says to keep it one large pool, but I might break it out to three... I will decide soon.

As for NPC not at this time for Obligation, but you can totally pay someone to do that. Prices are negotiable. Hutts will gladly give you protection for favors down the road...

If the three potential sides (Empire, Republic, Neutral) are going to be opposed, I would suggest splitting it into three pools so you don't get instances of people flipping Destiny to deny it to others.

After purging some of your unacceptable non-Imperial programs, we could always use a good droid that's proficient with protocol, assassination, manslaughter and computers?
