Tomoe rolled her eyes. "Please, don't flatter yourself too much now. I'm not the kind of person to have affairs... and I don't think your wife would want you to try it either."

He chuckled, "You sure know how to make a guy feel good about himself. I was just teasing my dear."

[Usagi Tomoe]

She smirked. "It was fun, Yuuru. And not knowing then where destiny would take us, I don't regret sharing that moment with a good friend. But it would never become something more than that... we both know that."

[Soshi Yuuru]

He nodded, "Yup. We do..."

Now maybe. Gotta love it when all the girls you sleep with.. stop talking to you after...

[Usagi Tomoe]

"We were friends before it, and we'll be friends still too, neh?" she said with a smile and gave him a pat on the head.

[Soshi Yuuru]

He nodded, "Of course. I wouldn't have it any other way."

He smiled a bit. For the guy who had wished not to open too many romantic venues, he certainly had screwed up. Fortunately for him, it seemed those women had never cared for him in a similar way. His wife was his Duty, and he had come to fulfill his Duty. The feelings in between the start of this miai and that end, were irrelevant... Or so he struggled to tell himself as he smiled up at his friend.

Moving her hand from his head, Tomoe's fingers cupped underneath Yuuru's chin and she stole a quick peck on his cheek.

"I'm glad my first time was with my best friend," she admitted without her usual tsun-tsun treatment.

[Soshi Yuuru]

He smiled, "And mine as well. Takes some of the sting off of the second person..."

He waves his hand, "But that's neither here nor there."

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Forget about that one then... they don't deserve you," she chuckled.

"Now, you'll make Khulun happy, you hear? She's my friend, so I'll know if you don't."

[Soshi Yuuru]

He chuckled, "I'll do my best. Hope that's enough."

It wasn't for some...

"Being the best you can be is always enough for the right people," she said somewhat defiantly.

[Soshi Yuuru]

He smiled, "I wish that were true."

He then stood and turned to embrace her gently in his arms, "Thank you for coming my... well I guess you're not 'my' bunny any more. Thank you for coming little bunny."

[Usagi Tomoe]

"I'll always be the little bunny," she chuckled and hugged him tightly in return. "Stay safe, my friend monkey."

[Soshi Yuuru]

He smiled and nodded, "You too my friend."

[Usagi Tomoe]

Letting go of Yuuru for now, Tomoe realised it would probably be a long time before she'd see her friend again. She'd miss him... stupid monkey.

With that, she bowed with a smile and left.
