There are a lot of people who would've been justified in issuing a challenge to Baatar over various slights, but I don't think Yuki was one of them.

Kemuri was friendly and respectful to every woman he met with and could have been happy with any of them. He assumed if any were interested, they would have expressed it, as the women outnumbered the men in that pool.

There are a lot of people who would've been justified in issuing a challenge to Baatar over various slights, but I don't think Yuki was one of them.

It would be about as flimsy as Mei's reason to challenge Kitakuhime, but Yuki could certainly say her honor was slandered by Baatar too profoundly to ignore and demand a public apology. If Baatar refused, then duel to force him.

I think the more I look into it, I find there are VERY FEW reasons for a duel to take place legitimately.
