He nodded, "I have. And you?"

A smile, "I have, thank you. Were you having your fortune told?"

He nodded, "And it was a good one. Moshi-san is quite skilled... or at least I hope so." He said with a chuckle.

Her smile widens, "the Fortunes smile on you, that is certainly cause to be happy. And auspicious timing, at that, with the end of the ma-ai in sight."

He nodded and ignored the slight mix-up. He certainly hoped this wasn't a 'devil* meet'.

"I hope so... Though I don't know if there's anyone who'd find me to be all that acceptable of a choice. Ide-san is fortunate to have found someone if the song event was any indication."

He nodded, "That very much could be true. I should be a bit more optimistic, neh?"

"It's easy to be optimistic when the path ahead is clear. But there is always room for hope, I think."

He smiled and chuckled, "So perhaps optimism for you, and hope for me?"

"I'm sure you could work your way around to being just a tiny bit optimistic. With such good signs on your side?"

He smiled and chuckled, "Perhaps if this was the only sign."

"Oh?" she raised an eyebrow slightly, "what portents have you been dabbling in, to have such mixed messages from the Fortunes?"

He chuckled, "Just what has been presented at events and in rumors over the miai. The love song event appeared to be quite revealing in many ways, neh?"
