She makes her way to the stables, where she finds the oldest, most broken-down cart she can, and loads it down with the densest, most worthless flotsam anyone is willing to part with for a little while, that she might drag the improvised tool hither, thither, and yon for some all-important strength training. A classic, if crude, method.
