[Day 2 LE - Nintoku Yurt] Fans 2: Electric Yurt

[Moto Khulun]

"Idiot, but I accept," she says warmly and takes the fan.

She admires it intently and then says, "You can have mine, I have it good authority it was made by a talented artist."

[Matsu Nintoku]

He smiled as she took his fan and then assumed his role in the gift giving dance. "Oh was it? Then perhaps Khulun should keep it . I wouldn't want to rob her of such a treasure."

[Moto Khulun]

She frowns and then says, "This treasure is really nice for you, the artist made it for a... nice man."

She offers the fan again.

[Matsu Nintoku]

"Yet he did not made it for Nintoku," he refused once more.

[Moto Khulun]

"Well she made it to be enjoyed by Nintoku, so he better like it," she says gruffly and offers it again.

[Matsu Nintoku]

"Then I will accept it," he smiled. "And I will enjoy it for to me it is more beautiful than anything a crane artisan would make."

"I am like this ram for no matter the mountain I shall overcome it," he proclaimed happy to have the fan.

[Moto Khulun]

She smiles broadly and says, "I was inspired by a great man... I mean the artists. Which is me because I just made it."

"You know that."

[Matsu Nintoku]

"Yes, yes I did," he let a small laugh. "By the way Khulun, the other day I checked the standings in the administrative center. It seems that I will be donning furs and joining your family."

"You are above me in them."

[Moto Khulun]

"The future is future, there are two days left in all of this," she says holding her fan.

"I have one more gift for you, mighty ram."

[Matsu Nintoku]

"Ah yes the tests of the Iuchi," he shuddered thinking what tests could their priest conjure. "I do not think I will perform that well in them."

He raised an eyebrow at her words "Another gift?" he seemed a bit confused.

[Moto Khulun]

“Don’t worry you don’t have to refuse it,” she says carefully tucking the fan away. She nods at his words and says, “I don’t foresee them being easy but we might be surprised.”

She approaches him and kisses his lips and then says, “Whatever happens in the future, right now I am quite happy. Like little Kurohime, we take our memories where we can.”

She kisses his cheek lightly and adds, “Wisdom of sages is known.”

[Matsu Nintoku]

His response was interrupted by her kiss. The kiss was as good as the first and he once more found himself without words and with cheeks as red as fire.

"I know," he finally blurted in a sheepish tone. Even though he was still blushing furiously he brought the Moto to him, putting his strong arms around her waist. "I don't want to lose you," he tightened the embrace slightly.

"I realize someone else might take you from those above me and that it is something that keeps me awake at night," he admitted. "But I do not despair. Never despair," he lifted his eyes from the ground and back onto hers, kissing her gently in the cheek. "I trust that the end will see us together."

"I mean," he lowered his eyes again his blush increasing. "Imagine our children. The Empire wouldn't know warriors as strong!"

[Moto Khulun]

"Our blood mingled together would make for mighty heroes," she says resting her head again him.

[Matsu Nintoku]

He kissed her forehead and passed his hand through her hair, holding her tight. "And they will be."

"I know we do not know the future Khulun but I'll be damned if I let you go," he let a chuckle. "I mean everyone heard the song. You are the one that will devour my heart."

[Moto Khulun]

"Your heart is the tastiest of treats," she says quietly enjoying the closeness.
