Another Day, Another Drink [Day 8 EM]

[Soshi Yuuru]

He chuckled, "I obviously wanted to you fall on top of me again... though I suppose this is not the place for that."

[Usagi Tomoe]

Tomoe picked up a small rock and hurled it at Yuuru... missing by a mile, of course. "B-baka."

Chibi-Usa saw something being thrown and immediately dashed after it, yipping happily!

[Soshi Yuuru]

"You're Lucky that there isn't a rock throwing contest. They might've sent you home for a throw like that." He smiled and chuckled.

"So what have you been up to bunny?"

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Tch. They didn't send people home from some of those songs yesterday, so I'm safe," she grimaced and picked up her wakizashi.

"... Apart from teaching my new sidekick," Tomoe gestured to the rather confused Chibi-Usa who couldn't find the rock, "trying to stay afloat in this competition. Same as you, I imagine?"

[Soshi Yuuru]

Yuuru laughed at her opening comment and nodded, "Doing the same. Sorry if you took any flak on my account. You found a handsome Uni-man to whisk you away yet?"

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Maybe I have?" she chuckled. "Have you met Iuchi Dong-Ha yet?"

Tomoe thought it rather obvious after yesterday, as he had dedicated his song to her, and she had returned the favour.

[Soshi Yuuru]

"I saw your little exchange." He smiled.

"And I think you would appreciate how I didn't sing about you. Or sing at all really, that'd been ugly."

[Usagi Tomoe]

Tomoe rolled her eyes. "Had you done something as stupid as that, like the Tonbo and the Unicorn ladies did, well... your poor canine companion would be looking after you today."

Seeing Chibi-Usa sniffing around for the lost rock, the Hare whistled to call her back. The puppy perked up and dashed back, occassionally bouncing up in the tall grass like a rabbit. "Good girl!" Tomoe chuckled and awarded the returned puppy with ear-scratches.

He chuckled, "I'm glad to see you've had a bit of good fortune..."

He smiled a looked at the two puppies quietly for a few moments.

[Usagi Tomoe]

"And what about you, Yuuru-kun? Are you having any luck so far?" She looked to the puppies too, as Chibi-Usa now remembered there was another puppy there too that she was curious about.

[Soshi Yuuru]

"Well there's this one Bunny courtier I like. Things went well with her." He chuckled.

"But for whatever reason I don't think it'll work out." He smiled facetiously.

"But beyond that?... I don't know anymore. Yesterday's event has me a bit worried..."

[Usagi Tomoe]

She nodded a little. There didn't seem to have been anyone dedicating their song to him. Then again, the Unicorns weren't spoilt for choice, considering how much the non-Unicorn outnumbered them.

"Were you talking with Moto-san yesterday then to maybe get some help?" she knelt down to take a seat in the tall grass.

[Soshi Yuuru]

"Butaj? Nah. Just chatting. I don't know him well enough to open up." He smiled.

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Ah, I see..." she chuckled and patted the ground beside her. "What about me then?"

[Soshi Yuuru]

He chuckled and sat down, "Well... where to start?"

He sat and watched the dogs carefully for a few moments while he collected his thoughts.
