[Day 8:EA:Open]Let's Duel ...Magically

[Moshi Asakiko]

The tiny Moshi had decided to show the Unicorn the art of taryu jiai. She probably should have asked more people but eh... anyways her she sits with the pup as she tried to teach him a trick. "Sit!"

[Seppun Aramoro]

The Imperial actually came early to have the little pup get use to the surroundings before the masses of people arrive for the controversial duel.

He noticed the Diviner, curious to find her at the duelling fields. He stopped and had his pup sit for as long as it can. Whilst the little dog was being stoic, Aramoro was observing the field to see who the Centipede was waiting for.

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

Moments later Dong-Ha arrived, clad in his purple ropes, making his way to the smallest Centipede. "Good afternoon Moshi-san. Is everything ready?" He turned to eye the Imperial lurking further away, pondering if he was to be her mock opponent.

[Ide Amaya]

Shading her eyes with her fan, a slightly weary she-pup cradled in the other arm, she approached the duelling field. It seemed she was early, but that was entirely all right, it would afford her a little time to work with the puppy she'd been given charge of. She was looking forward to the display, quite jealous of the talents of bushi and shugenja to show off their skills in such ways, but intrigued and enchanted all the same.

[Kakita Nanami]

The Crane arrived slightly before the appointed time, cricket cage swinging from her hip and straw hat covering her head. She had heard that the Centipede was hoping to display a different kind of dueling for the Unicorn - one that could be both more peaceful and far more dangerous at the same time.

She noted the Imperial already present, giving a bow of respect, and the two Unicorns - with bows to both of them as well. Another was given to the Moshi as she approached, "Ohayou, Moshi-san. I have heard you wish to display the talents of the shugenja to our the newly returned Unicorn."

[Doji Fukawa]

Doji Fukawa was walking her new dog around the village. She had picked up some sticks of various weights, and was tossing them high up in the air, causing the dog to run and jump after it. She was slowing increasing the size of the sticks, curious just how strong a puppy could get in a day.

However, their seemed to be something going on, at the dueling grounds. She kept the dog close by, playing tug of war with it, curious as to what was going on.

[Seppun Hideo]

Puppy in tow, Hideo made his way to the dueling fields, a smile on his face as he drew close. He bowed to those in attendance already.

[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa bowed to the approaching Seppun.

"Seppun-sama, good afternoon." she offered pleasantly. "I have not had a chance to talk to you in a few days."

[Ide Amaya]

Out of the way, Amaya is putting her she-pup through some agility exercises, though the puppy is quite tired after a long morning, and the training goes sluggishly.

[Seppun Aramoro]

Aramoro returns to bows to those that offer one. He saw the Unicorn speaking to Asakiko. Considering the group gathering, he expected something was about to happen

"Blessings of the Lady Amaterasu mina sama." The tiny Moshi bowed at all the gathered. "Hai Crane sama. I was telling Iuchi sama of the way of the shugenja duel, one not so deadly. Are you willing to participate and help me with this display?"

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

Dong-Ha turned to regard Nanami. "Good afternoon samurai-san." he offered her a courteous bow. "Iuchi Dong-Ha, son of Iuchi Dong-Suk at your disposal." Morbid curiosity gleamed in the man's eyes. It looked like the day would turn more interesting than he had dared to hope for.

Fukawa bowed to the approaching Seppun.

"Seppun-sama, good afternoon." she offered pleasantly. "I have not had a chance to talk to you in a few days."

"Doji-san" Hideo smiled "it is good to see you again. I hope you are well? Congratulations on your performances so far, they have been quite impressive."

[Kakita Nanami]

She gave the Iuchi another bow, "This one is pleased to meet you. I am Kakita Nanami." She gave a polite smile as she turned back to the Moshi.

"Of course, Moshi-san. Such a display would be of great benefit to the Unicorn, I am sure. I would hate for one of their priests to be called into such a duel without understanding what it is."

[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa bowed to the approaching Seppun.

"Seppun-sama, good afternoon." she offered pleasantly. "I have not had a chance to talk to you in a few days."

"Doji-san" Hideo smiled "it is good to see you again. I hope you are well? Congratulations on your performances so far, they have been quite impressive."

"I am well, thank you for asking and for the compliment, Seppun-sama." she offered with another bow. "Today's challenge is a very interesting one. How has Seppun-sama's role as trainer gone today?"
