I'd actually suggest gatorade or pedialyte instead of the water. It's got the salts and such and enough sugars to keep you from getting hypoglycemic-nausea on top of the other kind.

Pepto can also help keep things in for the hour or so of Class.

Your pharmacy may have tablets/powders/cordials that are specially designed for fluid replacement. The brand I use is Hydrolyte, which also comes in handy icy pole style, if that's your thing.

Powerade is good in a pinch, but if you're really desperate, you can put salt in a glass of cordial and drink that.

I haven't had a roll go my way this game. Not even 1. It's just a game and Misa will go on, but it is hair pullingly frustrating. :|
