He leaned in to kiss her, gently at first but firm.

Mei returns the kiss, her soft lips warm as they are engulfed by Kemuri's. She lets out a sound of desire and the pulls back, quickly covering her face with her fan.

"Perhaps if you choose me, I can show you just how scandalous I can be, Shinjo-san."

Her eyes drip in sexuality despite her face being covered

"You have definitely given me something to consider, Miya-sama." His eyes mirrored hers, accompanying a mischievous smile.

Mei offers Kemuri her fan.

"It would honor me if you accepted this fan as a gift to remember me by, no matter what the circumstances end up being"

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"It is far too elegant a gift for one such as me." he shook his head. "It is best complementing beauty such as yours."

[Miya Mei]

"There may come many more a time that Shinjo-san need cover himself from the prying eyes of others. It would be a great honor to know it was my fan that did so"

That's two offers. I have to reject again, right?

"Then what would Miya-sama do? This fan belongs with you in the courts, not with me in the fields."

"Ah, but the courts have many walls to hide behind, where the fields are wide open for all to see."

She extends the fan out again, holding it lightly

He accepted the fan with a bow.

"Thank you, Miya-sama. It will always be at my side."

[Miya Mei]

"It makes me glad to hear it. Shall we meet again? The day still has much for me to tend, so I should depart for now, much to my dismay"

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"I look forward to seeing you again." he nodded. "Tomorrow perhaps? We could go out riding in the open fields beyond the village, or simply share a meal."

[Miya Mei]

"I think a meal would be nice, perhaps in the evening around a fire. I heard it is custom of your clan to share stories, and I would like to hear you tell some."

She pats Ti-Lu

"Plus, I think he might need a little more time to rest."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Then we will have dinner." he nodded. "And, a few tales."

[Miya Mei]

"I thank you for the splendid afternoon. I will count the hours until we meet again."

Mei picks up Ti-Lu's reins and begins to slowly ride away.

After a few moments, she looks back over her shoulder and blows a kiss to Kemuri

He watched her leave, smiling at the kiss before opening the fan and masking himself much as she had.
