Dinner Take II (D6, EE)

[Soshi Yuuru]

Yuuru arrived at the same restaurant as the day before. His guest hadn't come the day before, but as he was instructed later, she had good reason. That being the case Yuuru decided to give it another shot and see if it would pan out this day.

[Bayushi Suteichi]

On another part of the street, Bayushi Suteichi decided to find a sweet shop to replenish some of his eaten treats he shared. He found a shop that sold chinsuko and castella.

[Matsu Kogo]

Kogo saw Bayushi-san down the street as she walked with Noburu, looking at the various shops. "Konbanwa Bayushi-san. How are you tonight?"

[Otaku Imane]

This time his patience was rewarded as the little Otaku arrived when she was expected. She wore her somewhat exotic regular clothing, no furs, and a golden necklace. Almatar stood patiently nearby.

Offering a bow she smiled politely. "Soshi-san, good evening. I apologise for the mix up yesterday and hope your evening was pleasant regardless?"

He was not surprised by her but was more or less, glad to see her.

"Kogo-san." said in his rich, polite tone. He gave her an equal bow. "Good evening Noboru-san. Wanted to get away from the yurts too?"

Noburu gives a dignified sniff and acknowledge him in her cat like way. "Yes. We have had some good outings today and it seems too fine a night to be inside." Plus, it seems gossip travels fast there.

She keeps her cool, having suspected this question was coming. "I would also enjoy the company. As long as you're not previously engaged."

He chuckled slightly.

"I was just getting some more sweets. I seem to ran low."

She smiles at him, smile a little too sweet. "Ahh sweets. I suspect you've been having many guests over."

Yuuru nodded and smiled his normal handsome smile, "Absolutely no problem Otaku-sama. Had I been a bit more aware of the time I'd have paid my respects to your kinsman as well. As is I was able to try some of the food here and found it was of high enough quality for a woman of your poise and status. So it wasn't a total loss."

He motioned for them to go inside, "I'm happy that you were kind enough to come spend some time with me at all. Thank you very much."

She smiles at him, smile a little too sweet. "Ahh sweets. I suspect you've been having many guests over."

"I was not aware that you were training to be a Kakita Jester. Got anymore jokes?" he mocked.

Kogo smiled politely at him. "No, just that one. I figure any more and I'll get my sake poisoned."

"Oh come now, there's no fun in that. Eating bad fish on the other hand... that has been known to be... never mind. I have had my occasional guest."

She smiles at him. "I am glad for you, though the rumors fly around the camp. But I suspect a few glares and cutting words from you and they will cease." She looks at him directly. "Is she what you hoped for?"
