(Day 5, EM) No Mudbath for Your Coat! (Expecting)

[Moto Butaj]

Butaj enters the contest of stares with a broad smile. The Imperial seems to fancy looking at Butaj, but he doesn't mind. It does not occur to him he should be presenting one Imperial to another.

[Miya Mei]

After a few moments, Mei frowns very slightly.

"Moto-san, may I stable my horse here? He is tired from a long ride, and recovering still from a sprain suffered from some burrowing rodent"

She looks to the Seppun.

"And I am sorry Seppun-san, I did not catch your name?"

[Seppun Hitako]

"This one is Seppun Hitako, student of the Jade Champion." She gives a bow back, then turns to see Butaj's answer. She has no horse herself, but is curious about the answer.

[Moto Butaj]

"All who have a horse can stable it. The Unicorn would not treat any horse badly, big or small. Yours does not looks like a problem at all. Just ask the stablemaster which box is good." Butaj replies with a smile.

[Miya Mei]

"Thank for for your hospitality, Moto-san."

Mei looks around for a moment. When she spots a stable hand, she simple gives them the reins.

"Please, do not let me stop you for your conversation. It was rude of me to iterrupt"

[Seppun Hitako]

"We were discussing horses, and how they are fed, what they might eat to get them so big here. Or so I was hoping to learn. Of course, Moto-san isn't exactly small, is he?"

[Moto Butaj]

"Huludai and Butaj eat different things though." Butaj laughs.

[Miya Mei]

Mei looks at the two.

"I see."

"And what do you feed them?"

[Moto Butaj]

"Feedstuffs. Hay, cut pasture grass, some seeds. Apples and some other fruits for treats. Butaj mostly takes Huludai out to graze so Huludai can eat what he wants and likes."

[Miya Mei]

"That is not any different than what I feed mine then
Still, the size difference is impressive"

[Seppun Hitako]

Hitako watches as Huludai attempts to get more of the apples. "It seems apples are a favorite of Hululudai, though. I admit, I find they dry my mouth out too much. Have you had the chance to try other fruits that grow here for him?"

[Moto Butaj]

"No, are there any on your mind now, Sayyeda?"

[Seppun Hitako]

"Plums, oranges from the Isles, kumquats, bananas, peaches. Things like that. There are also things like Lotus Root, Taro root, and eggplant, not really fruits, but they might be offerable to a horse. I don't think he would like bitter gourd or galangal, though. One is, as the name says, very bitter, and the other quite spicy."

[Moto Butaj]

"Oh? Is everything bigger among the Unicorn, then?"
