I can relate to this, having rolled a 4k3 4 in a previous game. If it had been 4k4, it would have been a total of 5. Statistically a 1 in 10,000 roll.

Not to disparage dear Mei, but that dice pool is basically just duelists. +1k1 from center stance, another from Kakita Rank 1 ^^

Also some successes! I mean, in my case, I had no right to do as well as I did in the poetry event.

I tend to roll better when my characters are having an emotional moment. Should nearly die/lose someone/fall in love more often...
