"In my estimation, the enjoyment of a game is more about the opponent than the game itself. If one has a good opponent, winning and losing no longer matters." He nods to the Crane.

"Of course," Udo says with a smile, "I'd still prefer to win." He shrugs. "Regardless, thank you for the game. It was quite enjoyable."

Fukawa rises and bows to the Togashi.

"You were a very interesting person to talk to Togashi-san. For now, it's getting late, and I think I will retire for the evening." she says.

She offers another bow.

"May Benten-no-kami smile upon your goal."

"Okay," he says with a nod. "Let's do a test round just so I can see how it works."

Tsume shows the various faces of the dice and explains how they correspond, including victory conditions.

"And so you want to be on the lookout for the side bet as well, so the first round has two bets and then it is just one per round until the dice show the belly."
