(D4 EE, Suteichi's Yurt) The Little Sister

[Bayushi Suteichi]

"Of course. Are you heading back to your yurt?"

[Shinjo Liu Yue]

"Did you want to read me the entire story now, Suteichi-san?" The Shinjo turned her head aside for a moment and let out a sigh. I really have no idea what he wants sometimes. How does sis put up with him?

[Bayushi Suteichi]

"I actually have company coming, hopefully the storm will not keep them away."

[Shinjo Liu Yue]

"Sou desu ka." Yue knew better than to not pry. However, the suspicion that it was her sister was definitely on her mind. "Arigatou gozaimasu. You have been an excellent host, Suteichi-san." She gave him a bow, got to her feet, and waited for him to lead her.

[Bayushi Suteichi]

Sutiechi stood up and escorted her to the flap of the yurt. "You will be fine in this mess out here?"

[Shinjo Liu Yue]

Yue gave him a smirk. "The rain will not hurt me, Suteichi-san."

Clearly she did not know what fate lied before her.

[Bayushi Suteichi]

"Just being polite. Do be careful. I want to be able to see my...sister on wedding day." he said with a smile.

[Shinjo Liu Yue]

"You are being foreboding, Suteichi-san. It is a storm. I have suffered through worse." Yue gave a faint smile. "I would not miss it, oniisan."

[Bayushi Suteichi]

Suteichi bowed to her.

"Till next time. I will have to stock up on more sweets." he teased.

[Shinjo Liu Yue]

Yue returned the bow. "I look forward to eating all of them," she said as a retort. She then braced herself for the rain and left the man's yurt.

[Bayushi Suteichi]

Suteichi watched her leave then went to straighten up before Liu Fei showed up. Once everything was tidied, he sat quietly and read Legend of Sakurahime.
