He chuckled, "That'd probably been my choice at this point too Bunny. Fate is a crazy thing... and my lord asked me to come, so I did."

"You at least could've had a chance to choose me too... as you're considered to be in higher standing than me," she pouted. It was unfair, really, that her fate was in the hands of others. And it was unfair that the miai was to marry Unicorn to non-Unicorn samurai.

"... I just hope you will find someone who will be nice to you. You deserve a happy marriage, at least."

He smiled, "That's nice of you to say little Bunny. Not all marriages are happy, that's part of life I suppose... Happiness is something one has to go out and grasp more often than not. I'm sure you'll catch the eye of a decent man here. They'd be stupid to leave out the best woman here. But even if he's a jerk... you only need to take a trip to wherever I am and I can remind you what happiness looks like."

"If he does end up being horrible, I might just have to do that," she smiled, even if she felt a little shameful to say it. She would just have to hope a decent man like Dong-Ha or Monkhbaatar would choose her.

"Same for you, of course... Or I might just have a serious word with your wife, whoever she will be."

He chuckled, "I'm sure she'll be shaking in her boots."

"Hmphf, she better!" Her small hands balled up into tiny fists.

"I'll be as stealthy as a rabbit."

He put his open hand under her chin and turned her face up to look at his face, "And just as ferocious."

He smiled and kissed her tenderly.

Gently, she returned the kisses, shifting her body slightly to lean over his so that her glossy long hair hang like a curtain around them.

"Rabbits can be ferocious too..."

"You don't have to tell me." He said with a smile. "I spent the night with you."

He paused and smiled, "That snoring was ferocious."

She pummeled him once in the chest with her small hands. "That's... I don't snore!"

He squirmed underneath her and grabbed her wrists, "You sleep like an angel. A loud angel with a cold."

He wrestled with her a bit and flipped her over onto her back, pressing her down to the floor. "Just kidding my dear."

He took her by surprise as he pushed her over on her back, and she tried somewhat feebly to get him off her.

"You're so mean!" she pouted and looked away.
