(Day 4, EM) Before the Steppe Gets Wet (Open, Riders!)

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

"Just take it in." He sounds like he's having a great time from the sound of his voice. He only plans to keep the gallop for about a minute. He doesn't want Meushi to tire out too much for the day with the extra weight she's not used to at this speed.

[Shinjo Liu Fei]

While speaking with Butaj Fei glanced off at the new rider on the fields, riding atop a white horse that seemed to paint quite the picture as he raced along. Though, when he turned toward a pair of riders, whichever pair that might be, she had already looked back to Butaj.

"I do not see why we should have to choose Moto-san, we could always have both," she agreed with a light smile. Seemed that Huluudai wasn't the only one being affected by the unusually high amount of energy that flowed naturally from Butaj.

[Moto Butaj]

"That makes Butaj happy!" The Moto laughs as he turns Huludai to greet new rider. It looks like kin is gathering.

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Mina-sama, good morning!" he called out as he came alongside Huluudai. "Another good day for a ride, neh?"

[Shinjo Liu Fei]

"Good morning Shinjo-san," she greeted the new arrival. "At least the heat is not as oppressive."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Hai! Sarangerel doesn't need to outrun the sun today." he grinned. "I do like how open our lands are. Seems like we could ride forever."

[Moto Butaj]

"Good morning! And yes, Butaj feels a bit like the Endless Steppe here. The smell is different though. More animals, more vegetation." Butaj comments, dancing with Huludai around their common axis.

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"All the better for the hunt, Moto-sama." he grinned. "And, good grasses for the herd."

[Usagi Tsukimi]

She clings to him, holding tight, still uncertain that she might fall. But she is an agile sort, and balance is something she has studied. She is not clumsy, and she enjoys the ride atop his steed. Tsukimi lets out an enthusiastic yip. And she enjoys the closeness of the Shinjo before her.
"This is something I think I could get used to, Shinjo-san."

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

Eventually when he brings her back down to a trot, he nods. "Which part? Moving fast or holding me tight," he ask with a chuckle. "I suspect that a woman as lovely and talented as you will have plenty of chance for the former. It all depends on how the miai plays out on the latter."

[Shinjo Liu Fei]

"The lands are something, it is odd to be able to call them our own," Fei added to the mix. "Never expected having something like this when I was growing up."

[Moto Butaj]

"Butaj wonders if we are expected to..." He keeps turning on his horse, studying all the horizons and deep shades from the mountains. "...farm."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Probably." Kemuri answered. "At least a little. But, I think we'll still have room for this."

[Shinjo Liu Fei]

"Some will farm, which will be good for the Clan to have a source of food but.." she glanced out over the plains. "This, I am sure, this will be ours."

[Moto Butaj]

"Let's not be greedy. Steeds want their share!" Butaj laughs, then smirks, pointing with his chin toward the horizon, suggesting a three-way race.
