I think it's 3. Might be more worth it to try to save Otaku-chan. Not sure if you can heal through that.

Then again, first aid doesn't heal that much more, now does it ^^;

For me it's 5 wounds that'd need to be healed before being put back into injured. And I'd go before the orochi next turn. But it's a crapshoot at this time as to what the right course of action is.
