He shrugged, "It's early. Yukarin I've spent the most time with and we seem to have a bit in common. Definitely some potential there. Still plenty of time to talk to women though."

"How about you? Any progress?"

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Still early, as you say... The Shinjo have been nice. Though one of them said he was looking for a wife who could fight, so... I'd rather see him get a good match with a more suitable choice. Then Shinjo Taichi and Shinjo Monk-bataru," she stumbled a little over the strange name, "seem very nice. I'll try to spend some more time with them."

"Still, I haven't met all the Unicorn men here yet... I just know that all the Moto I meet seem very, hm, dumb, to put it bluntly."

He chuckled, "It appears they are a bit different from the Shinjo or Otaku. But I find them pleasant enough."

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Even the one who beat you in a wrestling match?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.

He chuckled, "He's not the brightest guy, but he's relatively harmless."

"I guess that much is true," she agreed. Butaj at least seemed to mean well, unlike Bataar who was just plain rude in addition to being stupid.

"By the way... I was wondering if you had any ideas for the history lessons I've been giving. Anything you think I should tell the Unicorn about?"

He chuckled, "All of my ideas will probably just piss somebody off..."

[Usagi Tomoe]

"Can't be worse than me already telling them about your clan's efforts at the Battle of Bloody Retreat and Sleeping River... or of how Reichin-shiryo founded the Hare Clan," she said with a rueful smile.

At least the Unicorn appriciated her honesty in her lessons, even if the Imperials seemed to want to keep them in the dark.

"Tell them the story of these lands after they left." He offered.

[Usagi Tomoe]

Tomoe considered it for a few moments.

"... It will be a challenge to tell that story without the Lion being insulted, or the Unicorn being angry at the Lion, no?"

"Or the Kitsune not being irked... but it's a story they'd probably be interested in. Maybe just not so public." He said.

[Usagi Tomoe]

She nodded. "I will make sure to tell it to them in private... so not for my public ones," Tomoe chuckled.

"Oh, I could always speak of your most honored ancestor, Saibankan-shiryo. Yes... and the Emerald Office! That wasn't around when the Ki-Rin left."

He nodded, "That'd help me at least. Then I can say. 'I wanna be that'."

"Then show up tomorrow morning then," she chuckled and booped him on the nose. "Or not."

"At least our hosts seem to think you're much more suitable marriage material than me... I can only hope I will have the chance to impress with my history lessons, or like I did yesterday..."

"You'll be fine my pretty little bunny. You've got a good head on your shoulders and you try hard to impress. They'll get the message." He smiled reassuringly.
