So much CK2. Putting the finishing touches on a Persian Zoroastrian campaign (that I won't lie, I cheated on at the beginning to survive).

My best CK2 story is when my Norse King killed off his first 6 sons so my seventh Genius Strong child born of an incestuous relationship with his half sister could take the throne.

My last CK2 game is an ironman Bizantium/Roman Empire from 800 CE to 1450 CE. The last time I played it was around 1400 so I still have some years to play. But Instead of reuniting the roman empire I wanted to expand towards india and recreate the Macedonian Empire.

Right now, the game is paused with me in a war with a huge Hindu empire that is blocking me from Bactria and the Hindu Kush.

Fun fact, with one of the DLCs you no longer have to play Cathar/Navarran in order to get absolute agnatic.

I normally always play Basque culture because I myself am Basque. I also love playing Norse minors and just go ham on the south of Europe establishing some sort of Viking successor state.

Regardless of play through I always go to great lengths to exterminate the Karling.
