I am spending saturday alternating homework and stellaris.

I've actually gotten a game in which I'm reaching mid/end game. It's weird, I normally restart by now, especially since I play on hard and often get boxed in... but this time, despite spawning between 3 fallen empires, I'm giving it a go.

Now all my neighbors formed a federation and decided my borders were like, really making them mad, even though I had decades of trust built up, so that's awkward, but we'll see what happens... I do have a pretty strong fleet of carriers and artillery cruisers with plasma cannons, so maybe I can survive.

Also, ground invasions are cake because my space pixies are highly advanced magic users, so our 'psionics' wreck ground forces quite fast.

I'm Stellaris-ing a bit myself, today. Think I'm somewhere in the mid-game, myself. Also doing psionics.

I've been left a huge amount of territory to expand, so things are going well. I am probably going to pick a fight with my biggest neighbor soon. He's got stuff I want.

I'm rolling into the end of my first century of game, so I hear that's moderately in the game, most of my equipment is lvl 4 now.

Got a lot of buildings at 5, but yeah.
