[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa considered her fan.

"That seems...somewhat unlikely Soshi-san." she disagrees. "The Lion have the advantage of having studied the terrain fully, have a strong political alliance with your clan, and just came back with wagons of wonders from their war with the Naga. Not exactly what I would call a position of equal strength."

[Soshi Taira]

"Hai, but lying between Crab and Unicorn, they have their own considerations, and after all, there are many players in this empire."

Taira smiled. "I hope our mutual concerns allow us a period of peace. After all, the empire has seen much conflict of late. Wounds need time and space to heal."

[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa nods.


"Peace would be nice.....but it will, as always, depend on how the Lion choose to spend their summer." she says.

[Soshi Taira]

"That... is true."

Taira shrugged.

Well... I shouldn't detain you longer, Doji-san. I'm sure you have business to see to."

A polite excuse, and a bow.

"If you ever have need of my services, you need only send word."

[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa bowed.

"Of course, a pleasure to meet you, Soshi-san. Carry the Fortunes." she offers as farewell

then she makes her....

He wondered what business she had come to resolve, and why it no longer mattered.

Then he shrugged, and also turned to head back to his yurt.
