Fukawa smiled, the game of refusals at an end.

"I am glad I could suggest such. I am no Fortune, but I will accept this gift, and hope the happiness it gives to me is duplicated with you at this miai." she says, taking the gift.

[Kakita Nanami]

"That is true, Ameka-san. I welcome the gift and will treasure it." The Kakita gave a slight bow and smile.

"It will be one bright point to highlight this journey, at least."

[Doji Ameka]

"I hope you both enjoy," she says cheerfully, handing them over before glancing around the yurt. "Yes... At least we all arrived without incident, I hope."

[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa nods.

"It was quite a journey." she admits. "The Lion were certainly through in checking my travel papers whenever they had the chance to. I'm not sure exactly what they thought a small Crane courtier was going to do left unchecked, but they were taking no chances."

[Kakita Nanami]

The Kakita huffed lightly, "There was no true hardship on the journey for myself. I am sure most of the Empire has even forgotten this corner exists."

She sipped her tea, frowning at it, "This corner certainly seems to have forgotten what tea is."

[Doji Fukawa]

Fukawa looked curiously at the Asahina.


"Too strong, or too weak?" she asks, curious as to what was wrong with the tea.
