Thin towers, with large bulb-like things on their tops. I got to ascend one of those towers once. If you thought the view from atop Setem was majestic, that... was breath taking."

Her eyes widened. "It sounds like an odd sort of structure. But I could see the advantages. Being able to see such a far distance would lead to better ways to guard a city. And I am sure there are many who would enjoy the height for its aesthetic pleasures as well. It could lift the soul and be practical." She smiled.

She smiled. "I suppose to another's eyes, what one is not familiar to looks odd. But it makes sense in its context, I suspect." Her eyes crinkled. "Those biases are so baked in, I suspect, one only finds them when an event such as this occurs and they come to find you, like snapping turtles in a pond."

"It is hard to be aware of what has always been known. As if you must become aware of the earth itself or the water beneath your feet." She smiles at Noburu and scratches her head. "Noburu is a help in those ways. Warcats care little for our laws of etiquette and follow their own, despite their training. In order to work with one, you must understand their ways and their needs. You cannot force them to follow everything of your own."
