Butaj has apparently spaced out a little after his fight and Nintoku's attention diverted elsewhere. Between finding someone who could bring him a drink, observing the fight with growing befuddlement and massaging strained joints and fretting about Yuki leaving abruptly time has flown fast for Butaj. He is now looking around, trying to figure out what else he should expect of the gathering.

[Matsu Nintoku]

"Your modesty does you great credit, Matsu-Sama. Do you enjoy the softer arts?"

"The softer arts?" he was a bit confused on what she meant so he ventured some guesses "Do you mean like theater or the like?"

"I can't say I know much of them." he shrugged "The Lion are not a very artistic Clan as our duties do not give us too much time to pursue such endeavors."

[Ide Amaya]

"Music? Dance and song and the like? Battle has a rhythm all it's own, it's not really so far away," she fanned herself lazily and hoped saying so wasn't an insult in the language of Lions.

[Moto Butaj]

When in doubt, approach kin. Butaj chats up to Kemuri.

"Ha, cousin, your cheer for my opponent may have cost me a bout!" He chuckles, not really meaning it. "Tell Butaj, do you have a romantic interest toward Yuzuki of the Mantis Clan, or do you hold a dislike for Butaj? If it is a dislike of Butaj, he would like to know what it is, apologize and make up for it."

[Matsu Yurio]

When he had finished with Kemuri, Butaj would find a small Lion waiting. Arms crossed across chest, tapping one foot on the ground and with a half smirk on his face.

[Matsu Nintoku]

"I can't say I have ever cared much about those things." he admitted simply "I am certain similarities exist between but for some reason they are simply not interesting to me. I would venture as far as to say the bore me."

"I take Ide-san enjoys them though?"

Crestfallen at Matsu's bluntness, she simply nodded by way of answer. This going well, she silently lamented.

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"I pushed her into the match after she said she could beat you and the Scorpion." he grinned. "It seemed only fair that I continue encouraging her. I didn't want her to back out of what looked like a good match."

"Fair!" Butaj laughs, but then something draws away his attention and the merry face fades. One small Lion. And one big Lion, who has just silenced an Ide. "Do you think our kinswoman is in trouble?"

[Matsu Yurio]

The small Lion had the smirk of utter confidence on his face.

"So you have faced the wiles of the Scorpion and the blunt edge of the Mantis. You have seen the fury of the Lion, but we have more than one technique in the ring. Do you wish to see them, Moto-san?"

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"I am sure Ide-sama will be fine." Kemuri replied. "But, it does appear you have another challenge to address."

[Matsu Nintoku]

Crestfallen at Matsu's bluntness, she simply nodded by way of answer. This going well, she silently lamented.

Her silence did not went unnoticed and a blush surfaced once more in the Matsu's cheeks "I apologize Ide-san if I caused offense." he lowered his eyes "I just... never really had a chance to witness the soft arts. In fact courtly arts are not very common among the Matsu."

[Moto Butaj]

Butaj looks at the little Lion. Since overconfidence is not his flaw, he assesses him without prejudice, and nods.

"Butaj does not turn down a fair challenge and would like to face many techniques. Butaj has been told your Clan is known for fierce warriors so he doesn't doubt your technique is good. Do you want to wrestle tonight, or on another occasion?"

[Matsu Yurio]

"Whenever Moto-san feels he is ready, then Matsu Yurio will be ready to face him."
