Shinjo Monkhbaatar wrote:"I'd be more than happy to try my best," he says with a nod and a pleasant smile. Hopping down from Meushi, he bowed to her in introduction. A not well practiced bow. "I am Shinjo Monkhbaatar. How can I be of service?"
Matsu Kogo wrote:Kogo walked into the Northern yurts, enjoying seeing the bustle of so many different people around. This really was going to be something different and exciting. She walked up to the other individuals, bows and says "Greetings! My name is Matsu Kogo and this is Noburu. I am glad to see so many noble persons present in this area." She gestures to Noburu, who comes up and puts her head under hand for pets.
(Her sincerity and enthusiasm flow from her.)

Suteichi was careful not to chuckle but he was amused by the Lion's cheerfulness. He stood beside her and awaited the conversation to be done.
"Matsu-san, you'll awfully...cheery this morning."

"Suteichi-san! How nice to see you. Who wouldn't be cheery on such a lovely morning? Plus, I've never slept in a tent before, so that will be something new to try."

"Why isn't it enough to make a sharp sword or a filling meal?" he asked finally. "Doesn't the sword still cut, the meal still fill your belly?"
Shinjo Monkhbaatar wrote:"Ah... there actually is no market set up in town yet. Unfortunate, but the miai setup actually took precedence. It would have been nice to see one for the first time," he says with a sad smile. "What were you looking for though? Perhaps I might be able to find someone with something they'd be able to trade away personally in the Unicorn yurts."

Hideo had luckily taken time to study the little that was known about the Unicorn, and answered with a polite smile.
"And where will you get the materials for said sword, or the meal to fill the belly? If your lands are unable to produce the necessary materials to provide for one or the other, you need to work with the clans around you to be able to gain the resource to need it. That is where those who are more courtly in nature operate" he motioned to the Crane "and in those arenas, the more social arts are on display. Storytelling, singing, origami...it is an arena that requires a different set of clothes, and a different ideal. Not all understand the ideals of the courtroom, nor every art that may be performed there, but learning about the happenings of the social side of samurai would be something I would recomment."
Another, warmer smile.
"Thankfully, I had intended to offer my knowledge of social behaviour to your kin Moto-san, so that you are able to understand it a little better."
