The Gods of RNG are fickle creatures and Orokos even more so! Do remember to offer your blood sacrifice before rolling on Orokos for these probabilities to apply most accurately.

Largely true, but I find it oddly comforting that I haven't overreached when I fail rolls and that the universe had merely predetermined my mediocrity.

I tend to do spectacular on poor odds and inconsequential rolls... anything not very helpful will go astoundingly well for me.

Single rolls which can ruin me, will.

It's gotten so that I can plan around it.

Trying to roll 2k2 against 10 and thinking you'll barely make it? 51!
Trying to roll 10k8 against 30 so you call 2 raises and you know it's easy? 12.

Whomp whomp.

Heck, I can do a 10k8 vs 30 and get a 94 on some random tea ceremony or something.

Or an attack... or what have you. But wrestling with my best skill with 3 rolls all over an 80% odds of success? Guaranteed failure. Again, Orokos hates pride, and will target you where you most desire success. If you don't care, Orokos doesn't either.
