The Otaku and the Kitsune should be sufficiently divorced over the past 700 years, especially since they've mingled in completely different Realms since then.

The Unicorn not marrying an Asahina because of an Isawa-ancestor was an extreme example in the book, but people are of course free to decide how their character might feel about it. ^_^
