Question, should I start blind emailing companies to do a meeting at GenCon, or just walk up during the con itself?

Starting with the admission that I have no experience in this sort of thing.

I would say e-mailing the companies and maybe trying to set up some sort of meeting, perhaps during Gencon, would work better. Companies at Gencon are there to sell product, they won't be as prepared mentally to buy into a product as they otherwise might be.

Someone needs to make a list of the various sakes now. Though I think there have been so many unofficial ones that it may boggle the mind.

Someone needs to make a list of the various sakes now. Though I think there have been so many unofficial ones that it may boggle the mind.

Sake will also be on the list to, eventually, compile. The eventual goal of the wiki is to have everything you need in one spot for Hollow Throne.
