Status is always tricky. Khulun has the gist of it though.

Its like is the Army and Air Force were out together and each had their own leaders with them. They are respectful of each others leaders, but dont have to follow orders from them. An example would be curfew. The Army gets told be in by X, Air Force says be in by Y.

It's a judgment call as far as Khulun is concerned this is her show if the Ide wants to make a big deal of coming in at literally the 11th hour and saying she is the boss fine, but Khulun won't bend over just cause she has a status stick.

Gotta agree with Khulun. This is hardly cut and dry. Though she may suffer some consequences later if the superior decides to make an issue of it.
