Butaj was pretty fast! Or maybe Yuzuki was just slow. Regardless! His renewed attempt to bring her down failed again. Yes, what Yuzuki lacked in technique, she made up for in stubborness. Refusing to go down.

And then it was her turn to strike, and she went for a wild and unfettered attack in true Mantis style. This time it was her who'd try and knock the other down.

"Go down," she said, with gritted teeth as she kept exerting force.

"Okay!" Butaj relents and sits on the floor smiling, patting the ground to indicate this one is for her.

[Ide Amaya]

"Matsu Nintoku" he answered as he returned the greeting "I am as well as I could be."

"It is an honour, Matsu-Sama." She smiles and turns to look at the wrestlers in the ring. "I do hope you will still challenge Moto-San, he is a worthy opponent."

[Moto Butaj]

Butaj pulls up, and builds some distance, adopting a more defensive stance.

"Butaj would like some kumis now."

[Matsu Nintoku]

"Yes" he said glacially, his eyes shifting at the match ongoing "In due time I will fight him."

"But first I will have to handle certain... matters."

[Ide Amaya]

Matsu's frosty tone causes her to glance at him, and Amaya studies his expression while he is busy watching the match. "I should be saddened to miss the bout, you appear to be highly... capable."

[Yuzuki]

"Buy you a drink later!"

Her fist was thrown at his chest while one of her feet hooked behind his. She pulled the punch just before it'd hit with full force, and instead followed through on the momentum by trying to push Butaj down.

He turned away from the fight and set his eyes on the petite Ide "Don't worry you will see me fight."

Her eyes narrow slightly at his use of the word fight, but she still smiles as she opens her fan once more and waves it gently to try cool her countenance on this stifling day. "I am glad. And I look forward to seeing you compete in the upcoming events that have no doubt been planned."

[Usagi Tomoe]

Tomoe watched the match between Yuzuki and Butaj with a concerned interest. At this point, she might just have to step forward to offer to heal these bushi who were pummeling away at eachother.

[Matsu Nintoku]

Despite not smiling, his eyes warmed up at the Ide's words and his muscles relaxed as he calmed down. "Indeed, though I hope I am as fortunate as today." he replied "I believe I performed quite admirably in a test that was completely outside my comfort zone."

[Ide Amaya]

"Ah, the language test? I fear that that event will live in infamy long after the ma-ai has concluded. But fear not, there are many more warriors like Butaj-San amongst the Unicorn number. Trials of strength and stamina will no doubt be offered for you to display your might."

She pulled the long Maiden's Tail away from her neck where it was sticking, and fanned herself.
