"Most of my kinsmen are pretentious assholes." He said with a smile.

For a long moment Fei couldn't help but just look at the man, he was... well.. very different, that was when she keyed on something, "Had anyone ever told you that you smile worryingly often?"

He chuckled, "It is a personal sin I like to indulge in."

"Smiling?" she asked, flat.

"Yup." He replied.

"I take it you are not the type to take offense when I call you a strange man either then?" said, or asked, one of those. Meanwhile she steadied Gokiburi a bit as he got restless from all the lack of movement while she sat atop him.

"It's the 'normal' ones you should look out for. Everybody has a bit of uniqueness in them. Those who act as if they are better than others because they don't... those are the scary people out there." He said with a smile and a nod.

"That sounds most agreeable with your disposition, Soshi-san," she gave as her simple answer.

Yuuru smiled and looked up.

"So... what would get you to come up here? What is it you like Shinjo-san?"

"Are you attempting to coax me as if I were a child or a pet?" she asked, keeping her tone flat.

"Are you intent on looking for offense in my comments when there is none present?" He asked, a little less bemused than before.

"Looking for offense, Soshi-san? No, I am not offended, but I am not a woman who responds to efforts at coaxing me into performing silly tasks for men I just met, or men I have known for that matter without any idea what it is I am doing it for," she replied, once again, flat.

"You aren't 'doing silly tasks for a man'... I merely wished to share a conversation with you up here on the rock overlooking your new lands ... if you think that's beyond what you are willing to do for a man... then I think you're asking a bit too much of the opposite sex." He shrugged.

"You wouldn't be the first Unicorn woman I've met with this reluctance to converse on equal standing with a man... perhaps it's a pretty common problem among your people."

"Rather than ask for me to join you on the rock to converse you had suggested you were doing something up there, then when I inquired you refused to meet my inquiry until I joined you up on your rock. Your methods are inane Soshi-san, and your attempts to goad me for not humoring them are laughable, as laughable as it is that you seem to believe this is a problem which resides in Unicorn women," she said, flat as always.
