"I don't know about that, but let's have a look." Holding the ivory charm in the other, Dong-Ha brought forth an amber amulet, muttering a single word as he did so. "Khushif." The trinket shimmered in hues of yellow and blue as the young mystic focused on the strange charm.

[Moto Khulun]

The girl looks to Khulun's blade, "Is there something you provide us to bless our weapons, if the the creature returns?"

“Massacre is a strong blade, it would be fortunate to have more on the return,” she says with a nod.

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

Moments later Dong-Ha blinked. "No magic lingers on the charm." He handed it back to Khulun, figured she'd want it back. "It is tied to the history of our Clan, however. Now, why would the dead bird leave something like this for you to find?"

[Moto Khulun]

"What does the charm mean," she says taking it back.

"It wants me to return if I understand, surely it must mean something, Great Dong-Ha?"

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

"That might get hard, considering that the original owner of the amulet has probably died... hundreds of years ago." he noted in return. "I mean, it belong to us so... maybe you ought to return it to Shinjo-daimyo? Not that I'd know. Shinjo might have records of this, at least."

[Moto Khulun]

She tucks it away and says, “It is Unicorn, I understand. Thank you Great Dong-Ha.”

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

"No problems." He shrugged. "Glad I could do something." He didn't feel too great, regardless.

[Otaku Chi-Pu]

Chi-Pu eyes the trinket as well, but when she hears its not magical, she turns her attention back to the crowd.

"We must learn of what this threat is! Our people must be warned! Learn of its weaknesses so I can train our sisters!"

She looks at Khulun.

"What can you tell us of your blade, Moto-san? Perhaps it's story can reveal a hidden secret. Why was it and only it able to harm that beast? Tianma's attack alone shoild have pummeled it into the dirt ot stood on, let along Gekko and Taichi's!"

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

"Do you want me to look at the blade too?" Dong-Ha asked no-one in particular.

[Otaku Kitakuhime]

"Senpai..." She lowers her head a bit, "We must be discreet. Dabo-sama needs out help, yes. But we cannot cross boundaries that would leave a stain on him, or the Clan. Let's not warn others now."

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

"With all due respect, Utaku-sama, the village is under jurisdiction of Ide-sama. Acting without his consent could have consequences... Let him decide the course of action." Dong-Ha's voice was restrained.

[Moto Khulun]

“Massacre was given to me by my uncle on my father’s side, Moto Ghari, hatamoto to Moto-dono. It was given to him by courtiers wishing favor with our family. As was told to him, the blade is made of star metal from the heavens and folded ten thousand and one times, it can wound any creature!”

She draws the sword so they can better see the crimson steel blade and says, “Men who are struck with blade cannot heal the injuries, the wounds linger. I saw it myself after hunting down a horse thief, his cut did not heal for the four days it took to bring him back.”

[Iuchi Dong-Ha]

Dong-Ha turned to regard Kitakuhime. She had the seniority after all.

[Moto Khulun]

"Do you want me to look at the blade too?" Dong-Ha asked no-one in particular.

Khulun nods as he was a mystic.

[Otaku Chi-Pu]

Chi-Pu nods

"There are a few that will know from this morning when they found us. I will not tell others for now then, though it makes me uneasy to have a threat lingering and not prepare. I did not command our sisters through the Shadow by waiting. We must at least gather information. Are there any of our visitors who might be trustes to ask? I can think of a few..."

Her voice is stern, but yielding.

As Khulun hears the story her spirits fall and she frowns deeply

"You have a gift, Moto-san, cherrish it until you die. Howver it seems unless we find more swords from heaven metal, the Clan only has Massacre to fight with. And only Khulun to wield it."

She sighs

"Great as you are, that is not enough! What is one againt thousands? We have no idea the enemies numbers"
