Hotaru did her best to help out and generally shifted about, not really doing much. It's not like she owned a horse to know what to do with a second rider, other than lending a hand for him to hold on. She used her legs to keep herself on the saddle so that she wouldn't get yanked off so easily. "Are we okay?"

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"We are fine, Bayushi-sama." he assured her. "Just hold on tight."

With a click of Kemuri's tongue, Sarangerel began moving forward.

[Bayushi Hotaru]

Hotaru didn't need to be told twice and she did indeed hold on to Kemuri's arms, considering she knew how fast these horses could go.

[Shinjo Kemuri]

They were soon galloping quickly towards the village. Kemuri took a more circuitous route giving them a little longer to enjoy the ride.
