If you're a Togashi with the Ocean tattoo, you also get to skip sleeping... Though you do get some penalties, you can make them all better with a Simple action.

This is one reason I really love 2 hour time slots rather than 3 hour ones, amongst others. Maybe it's worse for some, but 2 hours seems more natural for an event, meal, conversation, or meeting. In addition to simply having more options.
Also, my OCD likes having a 2 hour slot dedicated to dawn and dusk rather having them in part of a bigger 3 hour slot :p
