More like he'll marry the champion of a minor clan then have them die under mysterious circumstances. Then repeat a few more times until he's champion of all the minor clans.

It sounds vaguely similar to the Suzume Jento/Seppun Kato Plan, tbh, but I think I have more faith in Moto Silvia to pull it off.
The other burning question is what it'll be called. The Goat Clan? Clan 'Stache?
