I said it in PM, but I have to share it here too.

Hotaru's decision was hard, quite a twist. I didn't expect it at all.

That said, I feel she was a true Scorpion here. She gave up the happiness she felt she could have with Dong-Ha, to allow her friend (Dong-Ha) be happy with Tomoe... and in the process gained a hefty personal favour from Tomoe (Ally with Devotion 4, for you, Hotaru. Or something along those lines ). And also made herself a villain.

That, in my eyes, is a true Scorpion.
