"I would not think of doing otherwise." he grinned. "We'll get a good hunt in, even if we have to cross the entire plain."

[Matsu Kogo]

Kogo smiles back. "That...sounds ideal. Some wind, some grass and some sky. That's just what's needed." She looks sober for a moment. "I suspect I am more in sympathy with the Moto's idea of wedding abduction that I ever suspected I would be in my entire life. Even that sounds better than this endless waiting." Though not if Moto al-Kalb is the one doing so. He would find out this cat's bite, if he tried.

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Maybe you should try, Kogo-san." he laughed. "I doubt many would argue with the judgment of nakodo Noburu-san."

[Matsu Kogo]

She laughs, relaxing in truth. "Oh god, Noburu as a Nakodo...Oh lord. I have such an image in my mind." She continues laughing . "Ahh Kemuri-san. That is the funniest thing I have heard in months."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"I think it would be perfect." he laughed more. "But, I'm pleased I could make you laugh. Laughter is a good thing."

[Matsu Kogo]

She smiles and continues chuckling. "It is, though it is not always valued as such. But I will carry that image in my mind for the next few days. It will bring some light to my waiting." She pauses, looking back at Noburu and then begins laughing again. "Oh Kami, I imagined her in a tiny hat."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"I just think of her negotiating the arrangements." he grinned. "As I said, I doubt anyone would argue."

[Matsu Kogo]

She smiled. "No, I suspect that respect and deference would be Noburu's due in that case." She laughs again. "Though I suspect the amount of Moto weddings might rise, in sheer fear."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Everything would be much simpler." he shrugged. "I think we may need to start a new tradition for the Empire."

[Matsu Kogo]

She nods, with laughter. "Obviously. This way, all miai's will be conducted with utmost speed. No one will need to wait, because anyone who argues gets eaten." She smiles. "Kemuri-san, if you become an Imperial, do not let them take your sense of humor. It is too valuable."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"I will hold onto it, especially for you, Kogo-san." he nodded. "I hope you find more reasons to laugh than me, though."

[Matsu Kogo]

She smiles, though it dims a bit. "We shall see, the future is unknown. But the present is quite pleasant." She laughs. "Perhaps I am a bit of a poet after all. That almost sounded good." She looks at him. "I would appreciate that Kemuri-san. It would be a gift to know you are still going through the world, bringing laughter with you."

[Shinjo Kemuri]

"Anything to keep you in good spirits." he said. "I may have to have a lion sized nakodo hat made."

[Matsu Kogo]

She laughs, barely able to stop herself. "Oh Kami, what am I to do with this thought? If you do, please, send it to me and I will have Noburu wear it and a painting done. I do not care what the cost is. It will occur."

"As long as Noburu doesn't maul me for it." he chuckled.
